Gerse Consulting
Gerse Consulting works with foreign-owned – mostly EU – companies and founders who need a registered office in Hungary and would rather not coordinate three providers.
We provide an official registered address, with a meeting and workshop room for 10–15 people. Alongside it we offer monthly bookkeeping, payroll and tax advisory, and legal support under a separate engagement.
We work in English, German and Hungarian, so your question reaches someone who can answer it directly. The company is led by Dr Márton Gerse, attorney-at-law (Hungary).
Why this is hard to judge from abroad
From abroad it is hard to see who stands behind a Hungarian address or an accountant – because of the language, availability and providers that don't talk to each other. That is why we show you who we are.

- For several years he has run his own law office, advising Hungarian and international clients – particularly in civil and company law, contracts, and representation in court and administrative proceedings.
- His clients have come from Europe, the Americas, Israel, South Korea and China.
- Areas of practice: company law (company formation and changes, corporate litigation, cooperation and shareholder agreements), civil law and contracts, business law (representation in tax proceedings, tax law advice), real estate law.
- Education: Faculty of Law, Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE), Hungarian bar exam. Languages: Hungarian, English, German.
