The fee is made up of what you use – not of haggling.
Why there isn't one number for everyone
A handful of documents a month and several hundred documents with employees are not the same work. That's why the fee depends on your company's data – which is what the check asks about.
The three parts of the fee
Registered office fee
HUF 70,000 per year or HUF 45,000 for six months. The meeting room and the coworking space cost HUF 4,000 per hour.
Bookkeeping package
A monthly fee by the number of documents per month, from HUF 30,000. The bands and extra items are in the table below.
Combined discount
Registered office and bookkeeping together: 15% off the annual fee. With a fixed monthly legal retainer as well: 25%.
The exact fee depends on your monthly document volume, headcount and any extra work you ask for.

Probably, and that isn't the competition we're in. What is worth comparing is what the fee includes. Our package names the document band, the headcount and the work inside it, and anything beyond that is agreed in advance – no items you only find out about on the invoice. That includes asking your question in English or German, and the fact that a tax question doesn't stop at the edge of the bookkeeping.
